RETURNS POLICY
21-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE
We gladly welcome returns and exchanges for all eligible products within 21 days of delivery. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase and would like to initiate a return, kindly send it back in its original packaging and adhere to our specified return policy.
What are eligible products?
To be eligible for return or exchange, the items must:
- Be in the same condition as received (unaltered, unworn, undamaged, free of wear signs, styling products, or odors).
- Retain all original tags and be in their initial packaging.
- Be returned within 21 days of the order delivery date.
Please note that custom orders, pre-cut orders, and clearance items are considered ineligible for return or exchange. Ineligible products cannot be accepted, and they will be returned to you at your own cost.
Exchange Policy
We offer one complimentary exchange on all eligible products within 21 days from the delivery date of the order. For a second exchange, a 10% restocking fee applies. If the exchanged item(s) exceeds the cost of your initial order, we will contact you to settle the payment difference. Any remaining balance from the exchange will be refunded to your original payment method.
Changes to your order are free before it's shipped. Once shipped, orders cannot be altered or canceled. If dissatisfied with your exchange, you can return it for a refund or initiate another exchange. Customers are responsible for their return shipping costs for any returns or exchanges.
Refund Policy
All refunds are subject to a restocking fee:
- Item value £150 or Less: £10 restocking fee
- Item Over £150: £15 restocking fee
- Item Over £500: £30 restocking fee
Monetary refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used for the order.
Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days after receiving your return.
Refused international packages and international automatic returns (including Canada) will incur a 30% restocking fee of the total order amount.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of your order is free of charge at any time before it has been shipped.
Once the order has been shipped and is en route to you, cancellation is not possible. If you no longer want the order, kindly adhere to our return policy for the return process.
Please be aware that custom orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed.
Return Procedure
To initiate a return, please fill the below form. Once your return request has been accepted, we will email you the return address.
Please note that customers are responsible for covering their own shipping costs for returns or exchanges. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after the acceptance of your return. If you request an exchange, our customer service will reach out to you once the return has been received.
